The Spanish school is daily run by a volunteer coordinator. The coordinator receives the students and introduces them to their hostfamilies, teachers and the community. The coordinator is also responsible for managing all aspects of the school, including running the home-stay program, coordinating lessons, assisting students to integrate into the community, coaching the teachers, fostering intercommunity relations and promotion of the program to potential visitors. Coordinators live with home stay families in town.
